Community HEART Open Hours 2526 (5.5 x 4.2 in).png

Run mainly by incredible volunteers, the HEART Locker offers no cost resources like clothing, food, and school supplies available to anyone and all who show up for Open Hours.  People needing more intensive case management can contact our case managers for an appointment to determine if you qualify for further resources outside of Open Hours. Our Open Hours are during the school year only and vary.

The HEART Markets are our In-School resource centers and food pantries available to any student that needs assistance. Each HEART Market is a mini HEART Locker with a variety of high need items like winter coats, shoes, feminine hygiene products, cans of soup, fresh and dry food, and school supplies. PLUS, students can meet a case manager to discuss more in depth resources. Below are the HEART Market locations in School District 5.
